Wherever you are in Turkey, you can send your computer, motherboard, GPU or MacBook via cargo to our laboratory in Küçükçekmece. If you cannot find a service that performs component-level (chip-level) repair in your city, shipping by cargo is the most practical way to access this expertise. With a door-to-door process, a tracking code and transparent pricing after diagnosis, your device is safe.
Who sends by cargo?
We regularly accept devices from Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya, Konya, Adana, Gaziantep, Kayseri and many other provinces. Customers from within İstanbul, especially from the Anatolian side (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Maltepe, Pendik), also send devices via motorbike courier or cargo to avoid bridge traffic. For information specific to your city, you can review our service areas page.
Shipping by cargo — step by step
- Create a fault record: Before sending, fill out the report a fault form. You will be given a personal tracking code; you can follow your device's status at every stage with this code.
- Photograph the device: Photograph the physical condition (scratches, cracks, etc.) before shipping — for both your assurance and ours.
- Note the accessories: List the parts you send together, such as the charging adapter, cable and bag. Sending only the device unless necessary reduces the cargo risk.
- Pack it securely: Follow the packaging guide below.
- Send it by cargo: Send it with your preferred cargo company and share the tracking number with us (WhatsApp or phone).
- Inspection and approval: When the device reaches us, a free diagnosis is performed; the fault and repair cost are reported transparently. No work begins without your approval.
- Repair and delivery: The repaired device is tested and sent back to your address via cargo.
How should you pack your device for cargo?
Almost all cargo-related damage stems from insufficient packaging. Take a few minutes and send your device safely:
- Anti-static precaution: Place exposed boards such as motherboards and GPUs in an anti-static bag. If you don't have a bag, wrap the device with a dry cloth or its original packaging without touching it with bare hands.
- Shock-absorbing layer: Wrap the device with bubble wrap or foam at least 3–5 cm thick. In laptops and MacBooks, place a soft layer between the screen and the keyboard.
- Sturdy box: Use a slightly larger, double-corrugated (durable) box. Fill the gaps with newspaper, foam or bubble wrap so that the device does not move at all inside the box.
- For the GPU: Secure it horizontally so that no pressure is applied to the fans; protect the bracket and ports.
- If it has contacted liquid: Absolutely do not turn on or charge the device; send it powered off, as soon as possible. Early intervention seriously increases the chance of recovery.
- Add a note: Place a paper inside the box containing your name, phone number, tracking code and a short description of the fault.
How long does cargo service take?
For devices sent by cargo, the average service time is approximately 10 days. This period includes cargo delivery and return times. Depending on the type of fault, the availability of the required spare part and the workload, the process may be completed much more quickly, or in some cases it may take longer. You will be kept informed with your tracking code at every stage of the process.
Payment and return assurance
- When the device reaches us, it is inspected and a transparent price is offered to you after diagnosis.
- If you do not approve the price, your device is returned without any processing. No repair begins without your approval.
- Payment after repair is collected via secure methods before the device is sent to cargo.
Fault diagnosis fee
When your device reaches our laboratory, diagnosis and fault detection are performed; then a clear price is offered to you for the repair. Pricing is based on the following principle:
- If you approve the repair, no fault diagnosis fee is charged — you only pay the repair cost.
- If, after the fault is detected and a price is given, you prefer not to have the repair done, a fault diagnosis fee may apply for the labor and effort spent at this stage.
This practice protects the value of the expert effort spent on your device, while ensuring that customers who have the repair done do not pay any additional fee. You can get information about the amount of the fault diagnosis fee before shipping via contact.

Frequently asked questions
Is the computer I send by cargo safe?
Yes. Each device is given a tracking code and you are informed when it is received. Devices packed securely as in our guide do not experience cargo-related problems. We recommend photographing the device before shipping.
How do I send the computer / motherboard by cargo?
First create a fault record and get a tracking code. Pack the device in a sturdy box with an anti-static bag and shock-absorbing material, filling the gaps. Send it with your preferred cargo company and share the tracking number with us.
Can I send a GPU for repair by cargo from outside İstanbul?
Yes. We accept GPU shipments from Ankara, İzmir, Bursa, Antalya and all provinces. Pack the card horizontally and secured so that no pressure is applied to the fans.
Who pays the cargo fee?
The outbound cargo is usually covered by the customer. Regarding the return shipment after repair, clear information is provided after diagnosis. For exact fees, contact us before shipping.
What happens to my device if I don't like the price?
If you do not approve the price given after inspection, your device is returned without any processing; no repair begins without your approval. In this case, since diagnosis has been performed, a diagnosis fee may apply. When you have the repair done, no fault diagnosis fee is charged.
Do you charge a fault diagnosis fee?
No fault diagnosis fee is charged for devices whose repair you approve; you only pay the repair cost. However, if you do not accept the repair after the fault is detected and a price is given, a fault diagnosis fee may apply for the labor and effort spent at this stage.
Can a device with liquid contact be saved if I send it by cargo?
The chance of recovery is high with early intervention. Send the device as soon as possible, powered off, absolutely without turning it on or charging it. Waiting advances oxidation and reduces the chance of success.
