Our laboratory process

The logic board is examined under a microscope; oxidation from liquid contact is cleaned. The faulty line is found by measuring the power rails and the heating component is located with a thermal camera. The faulty IC/component is replaced and the device goes through a comprehensive test. We work with data recovery as a priority.

We work at component level with a digital microscope, thermal camera, oscilloscope, adjustable power supply and a professional soldering/BGA station.
