Avcılar Graphics Card (GPU) Repair

We inspect graphics cards that show no image, produce artifacts, overheat or whose fan won’t spin with a thermal camera and measurement instruments. We repair at the power-circuit, VRAM and GPU-core level, and perform reballing when needed. We work with NVIDIA RTX/GTX and AMD RX series.

Our laboratory process

The card’s power circuit and supply rails are measured and the heating area is located with a thermal camera. VRAM and the GPU core are checked; large components with solder cracks are reballed with a professional station. Thermal paste and pads are renewed to restore cooling performance, and the card is put through a load test.

We work at component level with a digital microscope, thermal camera, oscilloscope, adjustable power supply and a professional soldering/BGA station.

Frequently asked questions

Is reballing a permanent solution?

For faults caused by solder cracks, reballing done with a professional station gives a long-lasting result; we verify it afterward with a load test.

Can every graphics card be repaired?

Most cards that are not physically destroyed can be repaired; in cases of permanent core/VRAM damage we report the situation clearly after measurement.
