Our laboratory process

The device first goes through a hardware test; if the fault is motherboard-related it is examined at component level. For part faults such as screen, keyboard and battery, replacement is done with original/compatible parts. For heating complaints, internal cleaning and thermal-paste renewal are applied. Performance is improved with optional SSD/RAM upgrades.

We work at component level with a digital microscope, thermal camera, oscilloscope, adjustable power supply and a professional soldering/BGA station.
